  • Can I control both sockets on the 2-gang smart wall outlet separately?
    Only one of the sockets is controlled remotely; the other remains always on. For models with a 15A outlet and 5V 2.4A USB, both sockets cannot be controlled separately due to space constraints in American standard outlets.
  • Can I turn the smart wall socket off remotely when I'm not home?
    Yes, you can turn the socket on or off through your smartphone app from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Is the smart socket compatible with 5.0 GHz WiFi networks?
    It currently supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) but is compatible with 5G routers that support this frequency.
  • Does the smart socket support energy monitoring?
    Power monitoring is not supported by default, but we can consider customizing this feature for large quantity orders.
